So if you are timid and slowly crouch walk over a grassy hill as soon as your head is exposed for 2 seconds they can beam you. It’s best to hard shove and shoot. If you miss run back down and pop up in a different spot. NEVER re peak the same angle

Ya but I know when I started, and I think same with most people, I had this mind set of being super slow and quite and that would kill me more often than not. Scavs don’t care about noise. So if you slowly peak a corner they are seeing half your body for like 2 or 3 seconds before you can see them and will already be aiming at you

If you’re looting a high ticket area chances are everyone will clear the rooms properly and can be caught flat footed because you’re couched in a corner without your gun up and they wide peak you. If you hear someone it can often be best to just sprint to a better position and maybe even get shots on them before getting into CQB. Once I started playing more aggressive I ended more fights before they even started

In case it wasn’t clear what I meant was you: in previous wipes you would need to eat or drink in raid to level metabolism and couldn’t do it in your hideout. This is no longer the case. You can eat and drink in hideout and still level the skill so there’s no reason to bring something in to drink at the start like you may have seen older videos showing you
