woods- confusing to learn at first but is really good for scurting around looting while being able to easily avoids fights or engage at a distance
customs- good loot an alot of quest but heavy with pvp especially dorms area, recommend if you want the unforgiving feeling of tarkov
reserve- AMAZING loot but raiders (hard scavs) an players aka chads running around with good gear an or rats hiding in dark corners, high risk/high reward
labs- if your new dont do it period an even if your not do it in offline a few before, but extremely good loot with right keys an raider farming
shoreline- the step child between woods an customs, its great potential for loot but safe in some areas so dont need to go into pvp an other areas big fights
factory- your gonna fight period its a madhouse of scavs an pmcs fighting but its also good practice for pvp there is ok loot
interchange- its abit of everything with good loot all around an you can loot safely if your smart or gun through everyone either works its great for upgrading stash an getting important loot for quest
