Use landmarks to help figure out where you are and where you are going while having a map on-hand, try to move with areas that present as much cover/concealment as possible so you dont become to easy of a target and lastly if possible bring an optic with at least 4X and a suppressor for woods

Oh and keep away from the landmines and off-map snipers scavs, both are marked pretty clearly with warnings

every time i try to do scav run it disconnects me and gives me the "anticheat connection failed. please restart game" thing and im too scared to try to do a pmc run because i dont want to lose my gear.
i dont use an anti cheat. im a windows defender kind of person and i never had this issue before.
im not running anything weird in the background since its just msi afterburner to monitor my temps and stuff. opera gx for the audiobook im listening to and the map. steam and uplay because i never close them. and discord.

what could my issue be?
