so if your level is low then no need to keep it

unless you got spa tour part 3 quest(level 12 required a quest by peacekeeper after spa tour part 2 where you mark helicopter and safe road on shoreline) which requires 2 clin wipers that can be crafted with vodka

however if your asking that question in the first place I’d be hesitant to bring in such an expensive gun as if your going to run high end kits make sure you know what your preferred med + armor setup is at that point

generally speaking, you should always put high value items in your alpha because even if you cant sell it on the flea, it will either have a decent value to vendors, you can use it in the future, or you can use it for hideout

otherwise, until you find something in raid that is worthwhile, just leave your meds in there. itll save you money in the long run since you wont be constantly repurchasing meds every time you die. painkillers, splints, ifaks, etc are all pretty expensive early on for players if you find yourself dying frequently. just replace them with keys and other high value items as you find them.
