I haven't had that issue much on interchange. Have you tried to change server? Usually coastal servers have more cheaters than others and London is good option to avoid, quite many cheaters there.

I can see that you are in raid for quite a long time but don’t survive a lot. I’d do a bunch of short pvp oriented runs and just get more comfortable with it

Enter every raid with a plan. If you’re going for loot or specific items go fast. Never stop moving. If you’re sitting in a bush for 40 minutes you’re not progressing almost at all
