Here's my take for what it's worth; I started in 2018 and quit at level 27 because of all the blatant hackers, but I came back all of last wipe and this wipe, and I'll say that nothing does you any good just sitting on your stash, money or equipment wise. Go use what you have and have fun, that's the best way to learn

@bleak badger customs is a good map to learn as a begginer. Run every scav you can and work on quests when your scav is down.
