Not really... take into account that it occupies 2 slots and sells for 20k. That means its only 10k a slot. You can usually find better than that to stuff you day pack with. But... again, if you get to know the values of things- you'll just start playing the game of grabbing everything and discarding the lowest value item as you find more to loot.

The LK3F is a neutral space. Its takes up 3x4 and stores 3x4. You can put the UMKA vest in it. to save more space.

I can't seem to figure out scav rep... I just killed a scav named "Signal" on reserve and got -.05 rep with fence. I was under the impression that killing an AI give -.02 and a player scav gives -.05. Also I read that raiders dont give minus rep. Is this still just buggy or am I missing something?

If you're new... and you're not pushing fights like crazy.. you should just use SKS rifles with PS. Its super cheap. You'll get the rifle back in insurance and it slaps.

Dude.. my 2nd or 3rd raid of the wipe was on woods. I was trying to get sturmy and his SVDS. Ended up using ALL of my ammo out of my sks (100+ rounds) trying to snipe him. At 150m, my bullets were all over the place. When I would hit him, he'd heal up before I could do enough damage to put him down. One of the most infuriating things I've ever experienced. After that, I realized the durability was real haha... never again.

That means your character may have actually spawned in and you got killed. I've had a number of connection errors, but it was before I was all the way loaded in. If you have not fully connected (pre-spawn) then your loadout will still be there. If you DC during or after the 20 second deploy countdown - you're screwed.
