I was having the same issue when I bought the game and tried to run it on 8gb ram back in 2019. Everyone basically said it was my fault and sucks to suck. Shelved it for2 years and then tried it again shortly after upgrading to 16g ram and had 8ish min load times. What speed ram are you running and are you sure it's properly seated. Obe stick might not be seated and is not being read

Not nearly enough for it to be worth it - your scav cooldown will be lower, they will spawn with better gear & fence will sell uninsured items from prev raids
