so im just having trouble in general in fights im either missing my shots or when i can actually land hits they seem to do nothing and i cant get any different ammo or attachments to make my weapons recoil more manageable or make my weapons do more dmg so how do i survive and kill pmcs to get more loot or even increase my odds of surviving the raids i go into so i dont just die off the bat and lose everything

At lower levels it's a lot harder to win PvP fights because you have many disadvantages. I'm sure you ammo isn't the best because it never is a lower levels. Then if you hit a player in the thorax and he has level 4 or better armor he is going to survive your hits. Some ways to avoid that are to hit his head or limbs. I generally try to avoid PvP fights at lower levels. But you will have to engage sometimes

Another way is you can use shotguns and use buck shot on the limbs or head area. That works well at times. But if you are going against a Level 30 or higher with tier 6 armor and helmet you have to be a really good shot. The beginning is the worst.
