North side of the map has a massive moutain in the background, the west side has a small mountain in the background outside the playable area. Center of the playable area is Sniper Rock.

It can help you figure out which direction your going if you can find
A) Sniper Rock
B) Northern Mountain
C) Western Mountain

with these 3 locations you can triangulate your location based on those and continue the direction you desire.

Barter and food items typically therapist buys them for a good price

Skier buys scopes for a nice amount but most of the time mechanic beats him on price

If you pick up a broken gun and no trader wil buy it. Strip it down apart from the gun, sell the bits off it and then give fence the gun
