Avoid coastal servers like the plague where possible, most cheaters are on either the west or east coast servers so selecting mainland or EU servers should help reduce the amount of cheaters you find.

there are youtubers posting what they farm or craft in hideout to make money
in the end for me it's easier to do endless scav runs to farm money
improving the scav karma helps that process as you start with better gear
factory takes 1-2 minutes to load and less than 30 seconds to exfil.
