oh scavs lol, yeah usually you get 2-3 second after they do a voice line before their first shot. if your having trouble i’d be more worried about finding cover than fighting if they are getting you. each time when you peak a new angle they will wait another second or two to lock back on and they usually stop moving after a while then you can just tap their head
