Scav Karma was introduced in the most recent wipe. Its a system in which killing other Scavs will reduced your standing with the fence. The lower your standing the Longer your scav cooldown timer will take, and the worse your potential loadout will be. conversely protecting other scavs and the scav boss will cause an increase in the standing. granting shorter cooldowns and better loadouts on spawn
