From streams, both low viewers (unknowns out there) and high trends (Pestily for example) there are some scenarios where they are one-tapped to the head, but while moving it's so much unlikely.

Sooo just a generic question.
Basically both me and a friend just loaded into a good ol' PMC run on customs. We spawned on the west end of the bridge so we went over the southmost passage within the next few minutes. Seconds later my friends gets a headshot and my leg blown off.

What did we do wrong? We couldn't see the sniper (nor know he was there, of course), but how could we have avoided the entire situation?

A bit further into the east I got killed later on (~20 mins) by a silenced scav. Of course, being injured I was an easy target, but since I was sticking to the edge of the map I'm still quite surprised to where the shot came from. Once again: Any idea on how I could have avoided that situation?
