This is technically my 3rd wipe and I still have trouble with that. I recommend that you go through each item and check it on the wiki, and see how many of them you need for a quest, and how soon you would do that quest. If it's not soon and if it's not a super rare item, maybe just sell to therapist. There's also some images on wiki of items to keep for your hideout. Some need to be found in raid. Others are just needed for the hideout, but don't need the "found in raid" status.
