I was wondering if they are one time use? and if anyone had any advice about how i could get the most value out of these as a new player?

when I played NA as a european, I had massive lag and also some disconnects during the raid. Wouldnt recommend it. I chose all my servers manually and went to 100 ping max. There's like one or two servers from washington but it has like 90 ping so thats doable.
