Don't know about best but I learned customs as my first map - large enough you don't die immediately or come into a firefight right away and has some good stashes and quest items. Also need to run it for your very first quests

I've been trying to do Prapor's task on customs the one where you have to go to the truck. I have the key but i've played 5 raids in a row and i can't extract with the watch. I keep getting killed. I am low on money now and i have no more backpacks or tactical rigs and i can't afford to buy anymore. I tried just doing a knife run but the scavs are relentless. idk what to do. If i only take a shotgun will i still get hunted?

Any tips on being able to tell a PMC apart from a scav? Is it all in the movement? It seems like a dumb question, but most times I cannot tell a difference. I did a scav run on shoreline last night and ran into what I thought was another scav on the footbridges next to power station. I stared at him for a good 3 seconds until he saw me and unloaded. He had on what I thought was scav gear: a blue police hat, and the duffel backpack. I then immediately noticed their movement but it was too late. I already had taken a few shotgun blasts to the chest but managed to kill him with my AKM, but he had a buddy who finished me off.

Due to the scav karma I can't exactly shoot at everything and ask questions later. Any tips on this?
