when it comes to gear you start with, the usec class gives you more western style things, you get a usec helmet, a couple m4's and a mdr and some handguns and stuff, while bear you get ak's a rpk and some decent russian armour

Assuming you're not on a beefy machine, lower your settings hard. Look up a couple of settings guides on Youtube for a better idea of what each of them do, certain settings can hurt performance badly without providing much benefit visually.
Also, if you're testing offline, do it without Scavs/Bots, they will truly put your pc to its knees in offline mode (on the bigger maps, especially if you have it set to spawn a lot of scavs)

Well for starters learn the maps, go to offline, turn off scavs and just run around. Theres videos that will help you learn the maps. And then when your ready boot up an offline on that map with scavs. Put them on easy and just try to aim for heads.

if i had two identical guns and dissassambled one and not the other and i sold the whole weapon and i sold all the parts from the other identical weapon will i get more selling one than the other?

i usually do therapist for barters and meds, mechanic for guns, and ragman for gear. Also PK takes intel items like flash drives, intel, and diaries but some of those are for quests so hold onto them
