alu splint: splint but with 5 uses
grizzly: 800hp, heals anything expect blacked out limbs
ifak: 300hp, stops light and heavybleeds like the salewa
afak: ifak with 400hp
bandage: stops light bleeds
army bandage: bandage with 2 uses
esmarch: stops heavy bleed, 1 use
hemostat: stops heavy bleeds, has 3 uses
cms: 5 uses, repairs black out limbs except torso or head (nothing can repair those)
survival kit: 15 uses, repairs blacked out limbs and fractures and gives them more max hp than cms, but takes longer than cms

Pain killers are for pain (obviously) but also is good for running and moving fine when you have blacked out limbs. You can use augmintin for poison recovery if you get stabbedby cultists but just look above to see HP stuffs

but as soon as I enable scavs it lingers around 60

All maps have good loot if you know where to look. Tbh, right now, I think reserve has the best loot, even without all the bosses being there. Ofc it's rare, but it has multiple locked/marked rooms with good loot and the only map that spawns aesa and military batteries

Yeah, I understand that. One thing I learned that helps, when moving through a map, always try to think what's your nearest cover. Cause that helps, especially in this game when you can always get shot at
