If you get your stuff back from insurance you have to claim it within given time frame, otherwise it's gone. For Prapor it's 4 days, for Therapist it's 6 days. Also Therapist will fetch your items faster (12-24 hours instead of 24-36).
Since Therapist charges almost twice as much usually Prapor is the way to go unless you're planning to take a longer break from playing and you won't be able to log in to claim your insurance.
