abuse of mechanics is not full on abuse, but it's definitely not "tactical tarkov". peekers advantage, jiggle peeking, and bunny hopping are all things that an aggressive player will leverage
at the end of the day, you're going to want to practice point firing (non-ads shooting), prefiring, and playing aggressively into people when you know where they are

It's being able to utilize what you have. Early ammo has low pen but higher flesh, ie aim for legs or face taps
