There are budget HK builds, but I don’t recommend running a budget m4/HK because their price to performance is pretty low and if you need to make budget builds you probably don’t have m855a1 unlocked from peacekeeper yet

If you have 7.62 BP laying around you may want to look into running a 7.62 AK, if not I recommend a budget 5.45 AK with BT which is super budget oriented and a quite alright choice
