if your going inside you need to be swift. bring sj6, have level 10-20 endurance/str to be competitive on move speed - and know where your going, where the spawns are and where the loot is

have an objective even if that is just to kill, and have a gameplan. offline helps.

otherwise, get inside quickly no matter what and either rush an objective or begin STEALTH interchange is a heavy stealth map

learn when to run and when to CRAB WALK if you take it super slow you will have alot of success when you figure out where to go fast and where to go slow.

interchange was my first map i focused on. i did 600 raids there before i felt like i really knew it. i started looting underground, then stashes, then creeping around inside looting OLI, then eventually contesting high value loot

You might be able to get someone to help you on that. You might wanna stress you're not so much looking for loot runs or such as you are wanting to learn the combat aspects of labs
