Thats a level 5 armor which will protect you from most ammos. It has a low durability compared to a lot of other armors, so its protectiveness falls off quickly during a raid. It can be repaired pretty well so its worth it imo.

Because BSG doesn't have a binding for reticle light vs reticle zoom.
Doesn't bother me though.
The light feature is nice tho because sometimes you can see black. Better but sometimes you can't see red. So you have both depending on what your needs are.
