Here is a fun little tip, if you select a single server in the game launcher, you'll match with less PMCs and have quieter runs. You can even pick servers ahead or behind a few hours to pick odd hours of the day. Just don't go over 170-180 ping or it kicks you

that is only true to a certain extent because the game won't start until it meets the minimum amount of players required for that map
