sometimes you WILL have bad luck and run into an Altyn chad, not very often, you are aiming to survive at least 30% of the time if you can. Death is normal. If you run into another pistol runner at least you got a 50/50 chance... more if you can catch them by surprise

If you have trouble on factory you can always get a 5 man so nobody else spawns
My squad at the start of wipe will do quest runs where once we all have tasks we all do them at the same time

at the end of the day, selling to flea is USUALLY better than selling to traders, but selling to traders is required for levelling them up
the big concern is keeping the FiR items you need for quests
its a pain in the butt, but the more time you're willing to invest, the easier your life will be in the long term. if you cant be bothered, that's fine too, you just may end up grinding some items

Level 1-10 is probably the hardest in this game honestly, looting by vendor value not flea value, unless your saving to sell at 10, or saving the item for a quest

For Delivery from the past, grabbing the document shouldn't be too much of an issue, once you have it you can go to Character -> Tasks and move the doc from online raid folder to offline raid folder, that way you don't take it into next raid
and you don't do the factory bit until your ready, then use the dicsord server here to go to factory LFG, and get a 5 man

so there are no other PMC's for when you place the document
So basically your items, unless handing in quests instantly
go back "Into" raid with you
so gotta move them from in raid quest inventory
to out of raid quest inventory
until your ready to go
but either way factory quests suck the big one
and i'd reccomend doing them on this discord server with a 5 man
so you don't get capped 3 seconds off spawn in red hallway
For the other quest, pharmaist, i think that's dorm 114, i don't recall off the top of my head, but honestly its worth watching youtube video's
of all the quest item locations, so you know exactly in the room where to grab, n run
so your not fucking about in a danger zone for a really long time
