My personal preference is either 7n1 or SNB. 7N37 has lower velocity which makes it travel slower and drop faster
7n1 has higher flesh damage, but a little bit lower penetration, has higher chance to 1 hit someone in thorax
SNB has higher penetration rate, but lower flesh damage.

GPU usage in task manager can be deceptive, you have to click on the gpu tab an see the individual sections %'s. The 3D section is usually close to 100% with games
