some people try and camp to hold down the river/new gastation/old gas factory gate area so you cant cross into your extractions

Now you can and not feel bad about it--infact the opposite; you can feel good about leveling recoil control + assault rifle skill so the future runs where you use good/high pen ammo they are more effective for you
