AI scavs spawn in at different locations, you will learn where they are by playing the game lol
Player scavs spawn in later during the raid at random points with random gear and they won't spawn in raids with 0 pmcs left

You can get out if an extract is on ( most are on by default but something like RUAF roadblock is only on if the searchlight is on
If you get out too early ( I think for customs it's 10 minutes or 700xp ) you will get a run through status instead of survived which means your items won't be FIR

FIR means found in raid
This only matters for the Flea Market which you unlock at level 10 and some quests which need found in raid items
An item is found in raid if it has a lil white checkmark in your inventory
