hello, I'm new to this game. I have about 20 hours on the game and I still almost always get smacked as a pmc every game. I have 3 pmc kills. As a scav I'm better and I manage to get some kills. Recently I,ve gotten a bit better and I managed to extract safely as a pmc more often but I almost never can get into a gunfight cuz I randomly die from a bullet in the head or a random grenade. I've watched quite a lot of guides (pestily mostly) and welyn's youtube videos. I know I'm supposed to die a lot and I know this game is brutal for begginers but all I want is to just get into some fair gunfights cuz just running around the edge of the map and looting what I can gets a bit boring. I like playing on customs, interchange and shoreline as an pmc and reserve as a scav.

is there a way a scav boss (reshala, probably) could jump down a window from the third floor of three story dorms? spawned in the first floor as a scav, then i ran up and killed another scav right next to him, then he started coming after me and pushing me to the ladder, as i was using a TOZ with the worst pen ammo in the game, he didn't die after the 8 or so shots i fired at him, then he threw a nade at the ladder and i ran to the second floor to protect myself from it, when i came back, he was nowhere to be found. Checked every single open room in the floor thinking he was going to be camping somewhere but no, interestingly enough, there was an open window right behind where i last saw him.
i died by another scav player since i had 3 blacked out limbs and 1 bullet left, so i wasn't able to check for him outside.
