no. quests must be done on PMC. you can find items in raid on scav tho

To follow up, quest locations and quest items can not be obtained on scav, but if a quest has loot items (IE get fuel conditioners found in raid) if you get out with some on your scav those count - woods quest are hard, keep heart!
