just get a basic idea and be able to move around the map somewhat well, youll learn specifics and callouts as you play. use whatever method you want (videos, scaving, offline raids etc) and learn as much as you can, start from maps then learn combat, stealth so on and so on. then once you get a handle on what your supposed to do you can start playing and working on your skills
