If your at 38-39Kg the point where you just turn yellow, and you sprint for each raid, you can reliably gain 15-30 points per raid (Depending on time) it has diminishing returns. Do not follow the advice of holding W and walking while super overweight, example was 30 points for a 50 minute shoreline raid while "cheesing it"
If you go to say, 35kg (will climb as you gain strength) for me its 39.4 KG right now to go just over, and then sprint for say, 5 minutes, you'll gain 15 points

so you can just do like overweight shotgunshell "Hatchling" runs on interchange for GPU's
a Mp153, Idea vest + Scav backpack, full of shotgun shells (7x12 are best 1kg per stack @ 32 ruples per from jaeger or skier) will put you just overweight
and then if you organise them so you have NO 1x2's available, the GPU/tetris will loot into your Alpha/Gamma

So you can basically do shotgun interchange runs for fun. Don't bother leveling strength till you hit endurance level 51

at level 50 you have 100% more enduarnce, at level 51 endurance you have 150% more, and don't get apnea (heavy breathing) so you can zero yourself out with no reprocussions
so you can effectively run for 150% MORE or 100 stam vs 250 stam if you think of it as numbers, level 0 endurance vs level 51

So for example, if you hit A or D it'll "Check" to see if you need to get the XP and apply the diminishing returns
so Theoretically its better to only look with the mouse once you start sprinting until you zero yourself out
You could also SJ6 and sprint around shoreline as well so your basically stamina invincible and then just not hit A or D
but if you don't STOP sprinting and someone kills you, you won't get the XP

yes
it's a rough quest. though if you play super safe it's not too bad
just do the hard ones up front and rat like hell. I've found the safest way to do it is just go straight to the safest extract, and wait the 7 minutes

I started with and still am playing only Customs. A fren once told me to always wait and hide during first 5 mins of raid before attempting to loot. It may mean that you have less loot, but your chances of surviving somewhat go up b/c u don’t bump into an experienced player.

It really depends on my spawn, Mote. If I spawn customs side, I try to rush RUAF roadblock to get two hidden caches. If I spawn ZB side, I hide in that one building with pc’s on the second floor.

Sks with ps rounds is pretty solid with penning armor or if you want something full auto go with a pp19 and pst gzh

If you feel like rocking 5. Check out Korunds. Try to get em cheaper like broken a bit. They repair really well. So you can get a solid lvl 5 for about 80-90k total if the price is right

Generally if I am gonna be close range I just use shotguns and try get a pellet in the face. Chads you don't have a lot of choice except to try penetrate that face shield or go the leg meta ... TOZ with Rip ammo might work? Generally if I see a chad either I avoid, get really lucky and snag a sick kit, or I die. Mostly die.

Take pistol and 2 mags, cheap as hell and should get the scavs to hunt you down a bit, kill a scav, steal his kit, then continue from there, there's no way to lose
Since I die a lot I make my way toward extract killing scavs on the way, if there is opportunistic loot then I grab that but when I get near extract then I will search the surrounding area for loot, because if I get something good I know I can just dip out instead of stressing about how to get it 2km through hostile territory
If you die on the way you die but you got that XP from the few things you managed to do

I have a few hundred hours and personally i like how detailed the gun and health systems are, and the rpg elements with quests and stuff like that. its pretty hardcore with some heart pumping gunfights, and thats one of the most fun parts. (aswell because you lose the items you bring when you die) this is coming from someone who plays esports shooters and some survival games, so if ur like me u might like it.

this game has a steep learning curve and bugs everywhere. if you can withstand it, the combat system is interesting and exciting and enables many strategies, map knowledge can allow really fantastic plays, and the thrill of beating a geared player of finding exciting loot is a bigger adrenaline rush than any game i've played. conversely, when you're new, dying is a huge gut punch. in summary, tarkov is my all time favorite game
and 3 out of my 5 friends that tried it decided the game wasnt for them

on an individual basis that might seem initially like good output if your lucky enough to loot, but he's got around an average body worth of 550k to 960k depending on gun/attachments, and if you split that between multiple people that's less money than say the GPU's, LEDX and Tetris in MULTIPLE you can regularlry pull out per run
and that's discounting all 5 computer labs, 3 of which are never hit
