I wouldn't focus on strength training until you get your vendors up. You are gimping yourself more early and don't really have the endurance to compensate b

If you just use a trizip or bigger bag you'll naturally levels it and you won't be super overweight while looting. If you are opting to power level just go into factory, kill a scav, then run to extract and run your stam out 1-2 times and get out.

With a filter you can easily net 12 points in a 2-4 minute raid. Queue times will be your biggest deterant. You could also drop below the weight threshold for 16 minutes and it'll reset the deminishing returns. You can get around 16-20 points in 20 minutes that way.

Either way you do it you'll have 350+ raids of being overweight which is daunting. Just a heads up before starting the grind.

Being able to run through a map to get to any extract without checking a map of any sort would be the first step to competency
