Most of ur pvp advantage comes from map, spawn and loot knowledge. Over time you’ll start to realize more popular rat attack spots and whatnot and start getting used to focusing those areas when walking around rather than 360’ing looking for players

Accuracy’s only good if you know where to look

I’m still learning the maps ;-; if you stack up with 4 mega chads and play back line for them you’ll get some nice kills

Depending on how nice they are they’ll give you some presents for being their backup too

#

Oh also if you’re running customs or interchange a lot, stick on the outskirts of dorms/fortress and try to pick people off during gunfights. They usually won’t find you since they’re focusing whatever team they’re fighting

I am the same but I feel that perhaps that only time will teach you these things. Another thing is to have a look through the quests and the hideout to see what items you will need. And if in doubt, google the item and flea market price to get an idea of how valuable it is. If it's worth a lot at least you won't sell it to the vendor

Well that isn't me I am in the same boat, but it would be good to have people to play with. Try getting to know people here, jump into assistance discord rooms, apply for the Sherpa program (maybe multiple times because sometimes they are inactive) and also there are plenty of streamer Sherpas here that do days where they take people into raids so can always follow their streams and hit them up on their sherpa days in chat when the opportunity arises

I actually found some .45 AP and just ran in with a 1911 and some spare mags. Got the last two I needed from that. Thankfully that lobby was full of pistol guys.

I think the first one I got was with SS190 and a Five-Seven, which I'd guess is the best option as far as pistols/ammo goes.

Ctrl+Click will bring it into your vest/pockets/backpack

A good way to look at it is,
120+ unusable ; try to semiauto as much as possible
80-120 Usable
65-80 Good
50-65 great
Anything under 50 is getting close to a laserbeam

Think of it this way

#

Scav = You take place of one of the bots after 10+ minutes of start of the raid

SCAV : Random set of gear, you get put at the end of a raid and anything you do doesn't affect your actual in game progress ( except for the ability to transfer the loot if you extract )
You can't do quests etc.
PMC: You take stuff from your stash and put it in your character
You go in at the start of a raid with your stuff
If you die you lose it
If you survive you keep everything

Loot = roubles and roubles = big loots for your pmc

You can load magazines with different types of ammo of the same caliber
They all have different penetration values, damage etc
