Not sure if you have been helped but the edit preset is extremely nice for building a gun then knowing what parts you habe to buy though it will only show parts you habe examined. You can pull up parts on the flea market and examine them there

i think generally speaking things like the HK or M4 really require some high level traders to have the right attachments (at a realistic affordable price)

I would recommend sticking to more beginner budget setups/guns until that point, meaning traders level 3-4

a good one is buying the PP19 from prapor with PST GZH ammo (also from prapor). There are a few good mods you can add to the gun as well not requiring more than level 2 traders.

And you can just pick up bank robbers from ragman to hold ur mags at only 10k.
