You technically can, for crafting durability doesn't matter (ie for moonshine you can use sugar that has 1/70 durability and it works the same as sugar with 70/70) it will work for trade with the traders but many players aren't gonna buy it on the flee

although @bold kernel , you know that tank where the fridge is at, on the other side of the tank you have that food crate and right next to it there is lower crates. ontop of that a buddy of mine picked an array up aswell, so that tank is really a good spot to go looking
