It really depends on your spawn. If you spawn in the hallway with the red blinking light, you can sprint straight to the room and start planting before anyone can stop you (more or less).

Otherwise, you could play really safe and hide somewhere until the last 5-10 mins of the map so you only have to deal with Scavs and player Scavs - most players will have extracted by that point.
