the issue with buying off flea then selling to skier is that mechanic/ragman always have better price and most people are already on the lookout for arbitrage, so it's almost impossible to consistently find items you can sell to a trader with bad price without losing money because people would be buying those to sell to mechanic/ragman

I really don't know reserve, you have to look up loot guides for reserve if you're committed to finding one, or just keep checking the spawns on whatever else map, but it will probably be a grind, a bigger grind than giving up the rubles probably.
And yes, if you have peacekeeper lvl3 you can barter for it

also covers your ears so thats a win
the ww2 helmet does NOT cover your ears and has a -18% ergo penalty (or something)

Airframe is great if you can afford all the other peices like faceshield/chops

but its only level 4; with a level 3 faceshield and tier 2 chops
So it is not exactly gunna stop the highest pen rounds but itll save you from stupid AK hatchlings; pistolers and shotguns for the most part
