It does depending on what you're doing. if you're using full auto 100meters away then yes, but thats ultimately not that smart of a decision since if you're gonna shoot that far, you might as well make sure it kills.

its more so the range. Saigas recoil gets really bad close range. 1 shot not that bad, but when you continuously shoot its pretty disgusting IMO comparable to Fal's recoil, 153 has best range tho and in my experience in years of tarkov, its hit registration is alot better.

Sordin lowers a lot of the loud unnecessary sounds and gives footsteps more bass, which is how i detect footsteps a lot

So some headsets might increase base heavy sounds more, others increase the high pitched sounds more. You kind of have to test this out as it depends heavily on which headset you use IRL

Thats because as a new player you should focus on learning maps instead of forcing things like pvp. Go loot stuff in customs. Don't sit in bushes. Customs is also the easiest to learn other than factory.

Double rendering. When you are scoping in you are loading additional assets. Shouldn't be that drastic though.
I'd personally opt for interchange for fuel.
Oli has heaps of them and they can spawn in goshen warehouse as well.
