almost any item in the game can appear in hidden stashs like ledx; slick plate carriers etc etc :) it can help the new player learn to navigate instead of suiciding into resort

Depends on the item, you need money spent on each trader

I sold a lot of it before 10 and it made getting lvl 2 with traders easier even if I lost some rubles in the process

go into an offline raid, then bring up post fx then hit 'visualize' allows you to see what youre seeing and adjust the slider swithout saving it
