@shy coral items found in a raid that was not brought in by a PMC (so anything looted by or on scavs or just in the environment/chests) is considered "found in raid", once you hit level 10, you unlock a flea market that's like a massive auction house ran by players. You can sell your items and buy items from and to players. This is sometimes cheaper for you and sometimes very profitable since players will buy some items for much more than traders will buy them for. However, you can only sell items "found in raid", and items bought from traders or the flea market (or returned with insurance) is NOT considered found in raid. Scrounge around til level 10, then you can make some easy money on the flea market.
