and play offline raids to learn maps and basic game mechanics, also gun will probably behave much different from youd be expecting, so use that opportunity to try them out - as far as tarkov is concerned an offline raid never happened, you will not lose anything if you die and everything is rolled back to state from before the raid

There's tons of items but medkits like salewas and ifaks they combine lots of medical items

A cheese will heal you but not stop bleeding or fix fractures
A salewa though will heal you up stop bleeding and stop heavy bleeding as well
And a grizzly can fix fractures aswell
And for completely blacked out dead limbs you use a surgical kit

if it is 12.5> use prapor
for example, a 0/60 killa repairs anywhere between 58 and 59 with prapor
for a full repair
but a 55/60 repairs to around 59/59 with prapor
so ur losing a lot more when repairing less so just use mechanic
but if the armor is heavily damaged than use parpor
