Thats what i had to do for some of these scav kill quests. Go in with armor, a vest and a gun no backpack and just look for scavs

If you go in looking for scavs/fiughts youll find them. If you go in "oh ill loot here and there and maybe com across some" I tend to have looting patterns away from conflict so if im going in to loot i ususally dont see much

depends on the squad, if people are new and kinda learning EVERYTHING then it might not be as progressive. but with squads you are more confident in picking fights since you should have someone backing you up and cover you in some spots.
