it's just about getting used to the map. If you look at all the spawn points they are clustered together, just be careful for more geared / experienced players rushing your spawn

Offline running will teach you the map and extracts, actual runs will teach you the spawns and timing. that is when you really get comfortable on maps
like if I spawn by the power line on Customs I know I am probably the first or second person to make it to Dorms. Stuff like that.

These scopes go on the receiver, not the actual gun. You'll see that suppressors aren't there if you linked search the gun. You'd need to do it with the barrel.

Only practice will make ya better. Better gear = better survival chance.
In tarkov you will lose infinitely more money than you make because the game wipes.
Regardless how hard you build up a bankroll eventually it gets reset to nothing. Might as well do what is the most fun for you. If that's running around with a hatchet getting ledx, so be it. If it's going juiced and PVPing, then go for it. You'll eventually get your character skills up and that'll be a huge help (Endurance, Strength, Recoil Control, Perception, etc)

5-7 w/ ss190 was the old meta, but glock18c w/ 7n31 / 6.3 AP rounds will probably make it easier.
I personally don't opt for optics on pistols as they cost just as much as the gun. If I'm doing anything it's throwing a blue laser on it.

For general / specific questions this is a great resource. For a wingman I'd recommend LFG. If you are looking for someone to teach the game to ya either find a sherpa or an experience player that is offering a carry / teaching lesson.
The game is frustrating, but sometimes it just takes a 2nd person with ya to boost the ol' confidence level.

you can onyl sell somethjing on the flea market if you find it in the raid and take it out of raid
if you bring it back in it is no longer found in raid

I wouldn´t aim for long times. Holding breath isn´t indicated by a bar. You will see your arm sway if you run out of breath and make little breathing noise.
