@limber notch Yes you can; but your bullets pen value is integral to your 'chance' of the round passing through the glass/metal surface and hitting the target on the other side
With this said any time a bullet pens a hard surface or a player and proceeds through that surface into another target (example thick glass then PMC) the resulting secondary shrapnel will have 50% its original damage and severely less penetration then the round did intially

as for metal stuff--you have to test each surface yourself as the devs have said they want to reimplement pen on objects in the world; the current implementation is hit or miss (pardon the pun)

im trying to learn these extraction points as a new player - ive been looking at the map to customs and when i think im at an extraction point, it just doesnt work... i onced spawned in the west of the map as pmc (customs) and none of the extraction points east of the map worked at all, any tips for learning the extraction points?

You get the "MIA" status and you lose everything on you, and you do not get your items back from insurance.

For PMCs, ZB-1011, Trailer Park, and Crossroads are always available. RUAF, Smuggler's Boat, ZB-1012, and Old Gas Stationa are not always available. Dorms Vex is not always available but when it is available you need to spend 7k roubles to use it, and ZB-013 requires you to turn the power on and open the gate with the Factory Key.
