Do a linked search on the M1A barrels, length doesn't matter, then check the muzzle devices and do linked searches on them. Some of the suppressors attach directly.

Sometimes items might not be available as they are needed for gunsmith tasks so sell out quickly, check barters then, people are lazy and often ignore that.
Quite a few of the gunsmith specific items can be acquired through trader barters for cheap (10-30k) but sell immediately on the flea market for 100k or more.

Check the mechanic barter for the M1A RSASS, that's pretty close to meta, blast mitigation device and lantac dragon gives BIS recoil.
All three variations there can be bartered for somewhat cheaply.

The level 5 and 6 helmets have big drawbacks, either poor visibility for the maska (killa helmet) and no headphones and dulled sound.
Insane armour for the head though, and full covering so no sneak earhole or jaw shots

The higher levels a round penetrates, the lower flesh damage it does generally

lets take the 9mm rounds as an example, RIP does 102 damage per shot, but has 2 pen.
2 pen is stopped by level 1 armour, I am not sure there is any level 1 armour, I think the lowest is 2.
440/102 is 5 shots to kill, hitting the legs/arms. As blacked out limbs doesn't kill, only a blacked chest/head (as long as it's not a bleed).

The other end of 9mm is AP 6.3 and 7N31 rounds. 6.3 has 30 pen but only 52 damage, which will reliably beat level 3 armour, that's most helmets till min/late game and nearly all face shields besides altyn/maska. But the 52 damage needs 2 shots through chest armour to kill. Or 440/52 is 9 shots to the legs to kill.
7N31 has 39 pen, this beats level 4 armour reliably, but also has 52 damage, again 2 chest shots and 9 leg/arms.

Not quite. SKS with good ammo or PP19 with ammo at the legs is good. SKS is not good without good ammo due to low fire rate, especially for a newbie.

stash and space is not a problem, you can easily make money on loot runs, despite of your level as a player, even if you're very bad you can still choose "easier" map and play more safe. the only tough thing to upgrade is your safe container - the longer you wait the harder it will be to finish last missions, but still you can finish them with an hour grinding in factory or just cheese them out with your friends.

i find em mostly at emercom, and i found taking the back fence gives you the best chance at exfil

I just dont know the landmarks in woods at all. dont know how to pick them out. I have a pair of friends who love it and i run woods with them sometimes and feels like no matter how many times i go i cant navigate it at all on my own
