No, you cannot use the Wilcox mount with a helmet. Some helmets do however have NVG mounts that are the same as the Wilcox mount.

I played a pvp match of interchange on my PMC and I was in raid for 35 minutes and my frame rate was steady. I went in offline mode to explore the map and when I got to IDEA and for the rest of the map, my frames dropped to 34-45. Any idea what gives? I have auto ram cleaner disabled but i have 16 gb of 2666 mhz ddr4 ram and I never go above 10 gb usage

I run night customs a lot quite easy to loot but the main threat is campers at that point

Play on scavs, learn how to aim and fight, and go out there with good gear.
Even at lvl 10-15 you can run class 4 armor + helmet and a decent gun, you're most likely dying a lot because you're too afraid to use decent gear.
