For guns that are modded and laying around you go to labs or use marked key for a chance at some unmodded guns but a possibility of getting high tier guns, like an RSASS for a few hundred thousand. As for on scavs you want to kill basically any boss and his minions to get modded guns off them, the best being obviously labs raiders but excluding labs I would say that the best scav raider loot would be scav boss on shoreline but they are in turn the hardest and have hardcore aimbot and extremely good ESP and will spot you no matter what unless you slow walk.

Well, to combat suppression, just don't get shot at.

If you're taking too long to see enemies, graphics can't really fix that without delving into cheating territory. You just have to be more cautious of your surroundings, and to learn where people are likely to be.

@tribal drum The batteries are 200-300k each atm, you can sell the cyclons to therapist, the motors are 50k each, cords are 30k each, fuel conditioner you can sell to therapist it's 30k each, the folders of intel keep imo, you need 3 flash drives for a quest, 3 ssds? or 2. You can sell all the diaries to peacekeeper and the gauges to therapist too

Nothing protects you properly if the right bullets are used, keep in mind that this game is pretty hardcore when it comes to dying so don't expect to be a juggernaut.

Very :P You want to get the basic things then work your way up, when you can upgrade you might as well do it

Obviously dont spend all your money on upgrades if you dont have enough n stuff but do what you can

Eod is important for not having the game be at a snail's pace with all of your healing at the start going to other player's pockets.
