it should give you a notification to say you recieved drops, and then they go into your messenger like insurance, and you get them there
they used to have it so you would have to redeem the drop when it came on twitch, but i think they got rid of that

sounds like a bug. Usually you just heal after the raid and it's done (maybe 2-3 seconds delay)
If you're above lvl 5 / done over 30 raids already you have to pay for the heals. If you don't have enough money it might just wait for your HP to go back to so much, that the money you still got is enough to pay for the heal

Hideout allows you to do quite some stuff. You can modify guns, craft items, generate income (bitcoin farm) and so on. I don't know if you can craft guns, but as cxz mentioned the Christmas tree seems to be able to craft guns

Other than that you just gotta get familiar with the maps and learn which spot is where. That way you can also figure out what's what direction

depends. If you doing quest runs you don't have to make much money. I'm not really paying too much attention to my rubels / raid ratio, but you should just play the way it suits you. If you think you got enough to make an extract worth it, do it. Otherwise you can just keep going. I usually get a plan of how I'm gonna run as soon as I know my spawn location and go with that. If I didn't make any money I'll stay for longer. If I got very good stuff I might cut my route to get out quicker
and if you're running short on money do some scav runs
usually a scav run gives you 50-100k if you get a little bit of equipment and loot from killing other scavs or just looting containers & stuff
if you got a good run you can go anywhere between 200k - 5mio tbh
but I'm not a pro or anything. Only been playing for 4 weeks myself (hit lvl 20 in the last wipe with about 40-50mio worth in equipment)

If you extract immediately you'll get a run through, but if you die AFTER placing it, you just have to survive another factory raid to complete the quest

like if you extract with a pmc on a scav and vice versa fence will reward you.
